We have trained Homebound Eucharistic Ministers who are available to visit those who are unable to gather with the assembled community. These ministers provide the reception of Holy Communion, being prayer partner and engaging in social conversation. These visits are arranged at the mutual convenience of the homebound person and the visiting Eucharistic Minister. If you are interested in becoming a Homebound Eucharistic Minister, please contact the office at 519-352-9483.
Due to the privacy act, retirement, senior and nursing homes are not able to inform us that a member of our family of parishes resides with them. We are asking that you please let us know where you or your loved one is at or moving to so that we are able to stay connected with them.
Should an individual desire a Pastoral visit for the reception of the Sacraments of Reconciliation or Anointing of the Sick this can be arranged by contacting the office at 519-352-9483.
