Our local community has many organizations that provide services, outreach and assistance to members of Chatham-Kent. Here are a few that we have been made aware of their services. NeighbourLink Chatham-Kent - provide practical help to those in need by linking them to supportive volunteers or existing services
Hope Haven - helping those experiencing homelessness in Chatham-Kent
Chatham-Kent Food Policy Council - along with providing a list of Emergency Food Providers in our area during the Covid-19 pandemic, they facilitate collaboration among food related organizations, agencies, services, food producers and distributors, consumers, business and government to develop strategies for the promotion of our local food system
The Salvation Army Ministries - provide housing and food assistance and so much more
Refuge - offers free comprehensive pregnancy support to women and families
Loads of Love - receive donations from the community and distribute them to people who are in need locally

Christian Horizons - offers a Host Family program that matches adults with developmental disabilities that prefer living in a family setting View video about the program here.
